Privacy Policy — AccordRail

1. The product (AccordRail itself)

All analysis runs on your machine. The Software has no capability to send your source code, analysis results, spec of record, or usage data anywhere. There is no telemetry. This is not a policy choice layered on top — it is how the product is built.

2. The website (accordrail.dev)

This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc.; standard access information (IP address, user agent) is processed by Cloudflare for delivery and security. We may use cookie-less, aggregate-only analytics (visit counts and referrers). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

3. Purchases

Direct sales are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Payment details (such as card numbers) are handled by Paddle under Paddle's own privacy policy and never reach us. We receive only what is needed to issue your license and deliver the product: your email address and order details.

4. Correspondence

If you write to hello@accordrail.dev, we keep the correspondence in order to respond.

5. Third parties

We do not sell or share the information we receive with third parties, except where required by law.
