1. Who sells this
AccordRail (the "Software") is developed and provided by VoltaTable, a sole proprietorship based in Japan ("we", "us"). Direct orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle") acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle's terms apply to checkout, billing, and receipts.
2. License
Purchasing the full version grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one person to use the Software's v1.x series perpetually, on any number of their own machines. Updates within the v1.x series are included at no additional cost. Future major versions (v2 and later) are not covered by this license.
The free trial is provided for evaluation purposes. It does not contain the full version's analysis features.
3. Restrictions
License certificates and keys may not be redistributed, resold, or shared between multiple people. Reverse engineering of the Software is prohibited except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Software is a development aid; its verdicts do not guarantee the correctness or safety of your code.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software is limited to the amount you actually paid.
6. Changes
These terms may be revised. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
