1. Who sells this
AccordRail (the "Software") is developed and provided by VoltaTable, a sole proprietorship based in Japan ("we", "us"). The Software is provided free of charge. It is not sold.
2. License
The Software is free to use for any purpose, including commercial work, with no expiry and no limit on the number of machines. No registration or account is required. We may offer a paid team/CI edition in the future; a build released free will never be switched to paid afterwards.
The npm launcher (bin/accordrail.js) is published under the MIT licence and may be read, modified and redistributed, so that anyone can confirm it makes no network calls.
3. Restrictions
The Software may not be redistributed. You may not distribute the executable, installer, archive or plugin to third parties, free or paid; re-host it on a mirror or another package registry; bundle it into another product; or present it as your own. Obtain it only from the official channels: accordrail.dev, npm (accordrail) and the GitHub releases page. Deploying it onto machines within your own organisation is not redistribution.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the Software is prohibited except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The npm launcher (bin/accordrail.js) is MIT-licensed and exempt from this section.
4. No warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. The Software is a development aid; its verdicts do not guarantee the correctness or safety of your code.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software. It is provided free of charge and we receive nothing for it.
6. Changes
These terms may be revised. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
